Project Manager
Qualifications: Must be a responsible, integrity driven individual with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in oil field, industrial
maintenance, pipeline, commercial construction and/or related fields. Knowledge of tank cleaning is a plus, but is not required. Midwestern will train you in all aspects of our tank cleaning operations.
Our Project Manager Positions require the following:
80-90% travel for extended periods
Understanding and experience with pumps, piping, & valves
The ability to coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, their equipment, labor and charges
Discipline to accurately & consistently prepare and report required documentation from the job-site to management in a timely manner
The ability to directly supervise and manage a project, as well as a crew of 5 or more people
The ability to anticipate and mitigate potential problems both on the job site and with personnel under their direct supervision
The ability to effectively communicate with management, customers, and crew members
Be self motivated and driven to complete projects on time in a safe and cost effective manner.

Tank Cleaners (Crewman)
Qualifications: Must be responsible, healthy, hard working, drug free individual that can work away from home approximately
90% of the time. Oilfield or construction experience is a plus, but not
required. 100% drug free EOE
If you meet our qualifications,
Training will be provided
Transportation will be provided to and from the jobsite
Crews average 50-55 hours per week
Meal and hotel expense are provided when working out of town
